Resources Overview
The Resources section of Mative Cloud Fleet Management is where you manage the assets and entities your operations depend on. From drivers and vehicles to vendors and saved locations, every resource is accessible, searchable, and fully configurable.
Resource Types
| Resource | Description |

| Drivers | Personnel executing orders via the FM Mobile mobile app |
| Vehicles | Fleet assets used for deliveries and service tasks |
| Fleets | Logical groupings of drivers and vehicles for organizational control |
| Vendors | Third-party carriers and service partners |
| Contacts | Customers, suppliers, and facilitators |
| Places | Saved locations such as warehouses, depots, and pickup points |
| Issues | Incidents and exceptions reported by operators or drivers |
| Fuel Reports | Fuel consumption records per driver and vehicle |
Shared Capabilities
All resource types in Mative Cloud Fleet Management share a consistent set of features:
- List view with search, sorting, and column filtering
- Detail panel for viewing and editing individual records
- Create / Edit / Delete operations with role-based access control
- CSV export and import for bulk data management
- Custom fields for extending records with organization-specific attributes
- Avatar management for drivers and contacts
