Quickstart

Get up and running with Mative Cloud Fleet Management in minutes — create your first order, assign a driver, and dispatch.

Prerequisites​

Before starting, make sure you have:

  • At least one driver created in Fleet Management → Resources → Drivers
  • The FM Mobile app installed on the driver's phone (iOS or Android)

Step 1 — Open Fleet Management​

Open Mative Cloud Fleet Management from the main navigation bar. The dashboard shows the live map and the operations bar.

Step 2 — Create a New Order​

  1. Navigate to Operations → Orders
  2. Click + New Order
  3. Select an Order Configuration (e.g., Transport)
  4. Enter the Pickup and Dropoff addresses
  5. Optionally add Entities (individual items being transported)
  6. Save the order — status becomes created

Step 3 — Assign a Driver​

  1. Open the order detail panel
  2. Click Assign Driver
  3. Select a driver from the list
  4. Optionally assign a Vehicle

Step 4 — Dispatch​

  1. Click Dispatch
  2. Order status changes to dispatched
  3. The driver receives a push notification on the FM Mobile app
  4. When the driver accepts, the status changes to started

Step 5 — Track Progress​

  • View the driver's live position and ETA on the map
  • Consult the activity history with timestamps
  • The order moves to completed when the driver finishes the workflow
