FM Mobile Overview
The Fleet Management Mobile is the mobile driver application for Mative Cloud Fleet Management. It enables drivers to receive orders, navigate routes, capture proof of delivery, and report issues — all from their smartphone.

Driver Capabilities
- Receive push notifications for dispatched orders
- Turn-by-turn navigation to pickup and dropoff locations
- Step-through activity flow (advance through order statuses)
- Proof-of-delivery capture: signature, photo, QR scan, or custom fields
- Issue reporting with photo attachment and GPS pre-fill
- Fuel report submission
- Entity field editing (when enabled in Order Configuration)
- Real-time location sharing with the fleet console

The app has been tested across 16,700+ device combinations covering all major Android OEMs.
Driver Login
- Enter phone number on the login screen
- Receive 6-digit SMS verification code
- Enter code to authenticate
- Grant location permission — select Always Allow for background GPS tracking
